- Assessment on Health is to establish your present health status.
- Body Composition assessment will be carried out by using a body composition monitoring unit, which will reveal a comprehensive 2 pages report, the report will assist us in setting realistic goals.
- Fitness assessment is to determine what level of exercise you commence to avoid exercising too much too soon.
After the assessment procedures a personalised programme will be designed for your specific needs, taking into account your health history and fitness level.
